Namibia are class,no doubt. They also seem to be trying to woo black cricketers through racial quotas.
How about including them in the Logan Cup? I bet they can provide some very serious competition, maybe even win.

They are already part of a higher quality domestic competition in South Africa. A Namibian A team would get eaten up in the Logan Cup atm. The full side would compete, but as they are already going ok in SA it won't be likely to happen.
