Santner with a 10 wicket haul! Unbelievable. Never rated him much as a spinner...but boy is he getting that work.
Indian 3 down and still 230 short of drawing the score level!

15 mins till the toss in Chittagong...will be interesting to see if Shanto comes out for the toss or sends Taijul like he did at the press conference.
A bit emotional and knee jerk reaction from Shanto IMO...on win loss he's the most successful Test captain in Bangladesh history...yes his form is poor but maybe if he stops reverse sweeping every third ball he would last a little longer at the crease. Besides, who else would skipper this side that can claim to be undroppable on form???

Proteas absolutely bossing things in Chittagong right now. 333-2 at the beginning of day 2 going at nearly 4 runs per over. At this rate they will get to 550 by tea, and probably declare at 600 and try to nip out a few Bangladeshis in the final 10 overs of the day.

Trying to figure out how Dane Paterson is South Africa's new ball bowler here. Dude's got the build of Ryan Burl and bowls around the same pace as well.

46 all out and now thrashed 3-0 at home by a team missing their best batsman certainly does qualify as an Asian minor team now

The feeling in India is that of shock and you wouldn't blame the fans. No one would have thought NZ would whitewash India in India... Even the prospect of winning a test looked unlikely, but yeah that can happen as a one off... They won a test in India for the first time in some 36 years! Then they won their first ever test series in India and then they became only the 2nd team in history to whitewash India in India (South Africa did it in 2000, 2-0)
No doubt NZ cricket's greatest achievement in Test Cricket.
India are now an ageing side. The signs were there when they started losing one off tests at home to Eng and Aus, and then there were serious signs in the ODI series defeat against SL earlier this year that India are starting to struggle in the longer formats.... Finally now it is clear that this is an ageing side that needs some transition. The youngsters need to step up. Most of Indian youngsters are used to play on dead flat tracks, it will be interesting to see how this transition goes.
