Bangladesh tour of Sri Lanka cancelled again

Cancelled for the 2nd time due to COVID after everything had been agreed upon including fixtures! I don't know which country is to blame, but definitely a sign of Asian lack of professionalism on the part of both boards. How can two boards agree to a series is the most fundamental (in their words) aspects of the tour aren't communicated properly and also mutually agreed upon (requires proper conveyance)???

How is it that non-Asian countries and even 1 Asian one (Pakistan) are ready to host cricket, but two Asian countries can't figure it out?

This series has finally been rescheduled with the BD boys flying out on April 12. The 3 match series has now been cut to just 2, with both Tests to be played in the same venue (most likely Colombo I think).
