Funny how people are crying over Regis & Hami opening against the new ball but it was the spinners who got them out

Even when the second new ball came the seamers did no damage on this pitch so one could assume facing the new ball is the best time to bat on this pitch ?
Only Hhm is crying.

The question needs to be asked is Tiripano are better batsman than a bowler ??

Great innings by Ervine just a shame no one went with him, from what I've read sounds like it's a 500 pitch and our middle order have thrown their wickets away .....
He may do well to get himself moved up the order at FC level. Could he turn himself into a Mark Richardson?

Exactly. Some are more interested in playing the race card however.

Would love to see that. That would give us a chance of witnessing the rarity of an all rounder opening both batting and bowling a la Neil Johnson and Manoj Prabhakar.

Taibu on twitter yesterday:
I strongly believe that Tiripano will have several centuries before he finishes his career.

Critical first session this morning, the match could be lost this morning if we lose the last two wickets cheaply. If we can push on to 400-450 we have something to bowl at.
