I'm not sure what the management was thinking opening with both Chakabva and Hami. I guess the middle order is crowded, so its understandable in that light. But opening in Tests is different from LOIs. Chakabva is definitely a middle order guy. Raza is the one guy who has opened in Tests before.

Management=Heath Streak. Hami has a horrible record in that position - 11avg vs Raza's 40+. Shocking!

15 over later Cremer going for 4 runs per over. This is the same story every Test match with people seeing "world class" hints about him!

South Africa dropped Tahir and Dane PIedt and Simon Harmer for much much less! This is crazy. Pick Wellington when he's fit. At least that way the ball won't be thrown to Raza first as was done with Sri Lanka blazing away before the first wicket fell.

Cricinfo debating Chakabva opening then keeping, while Moor bats at 7(with Waller at 8, and of course the logic in going in with one spinner).
