Agree with most of the above. Nobody really gave Zimbabwe a chance before this tour, the ODI series was brilliant, and after a thoroughly engrossing and competetive test match, we just fell short. Lots has been discussed already, but I really feel we missed a trick by not bowling our seamers in 2nd innings.

Tiripano and Mpofu are not world beaters granted, but they would have offered something different to the monotony of spin, that after all, most Sri Lankan batsmen are brought up on. A different angle, different pace, different bounce etc requires a change of thought process and might have helped Cremer wheeling away at the other end. In the Post match conference he mentioned that 'we didn't think it was a seamers wicket'. You can still use them as a change up, or to bottle an end up.

That last innings was poor captaincy, and very slightly takes the gloss off an otherwise excellent tour.

A lot of people are brutal on the bowling tactics by to be honest, leading into it I knew they would go for similar given the spinning wicket, and regardless of what anyone says, we were where we wanted to be when they were 5/203.

The problem is, and I did mention this before they resumed, was we won't be able to pull of all ten wickets with just a one man attack, we needed someone else to step up, raza was getting belted. The only critique is perhaps they should have used Waller more. Williams did well but he's a parttimer who can be read easily with a lot of time at the crease.

India committing a crime in Sri Lanka. Poor Herath!

Zimbabwe's spin kings Cremer-Williams-Raza would've surely rolled India by tea here. With the genius of Streak & Cremer, Kohli's men wouldn't have known what hit them

The Virat Kohli referral a good example of technology and television replays used well and adjudged fairly.

Had that been Zim, I don't know if Kohli would have been given out. They would have told us that the ultra edge was inconsistent even though you could see that edge by eye alone.

Zero chance Kohli is out if that's against Zimbabwe.....

India smashing Sri Lanka. :( Sadly, it probably puts our performance in Sri Lanka into perspective.
