What about the rule of extending half an hour, of a result is possible on the final day?

There is no such thing. They have to mandatorily bowl 15 overs in the last hour. That's all there is as a restriction. So, one hour or 15 overs, whichever takes the longest - for the final hour.

I've never heard of that happening on the final day. I thought the reason for that rule was to avoid the hassle and cost of everyone coming to the ground for 10 minutes the next morning, not to let the game have a better chance of having a result.

i think Wallers in the bathroom right now, with a suit tie around his neck and batting off to pictures of katrina bennet or Rachel from suits, in an effort to please himself, because he knows with that 50 frm Regis- he has dropped down so far the test match list to almost Vusi Sibanda levels.
