Fantastic partnership. Pity it was just short of the hundred. Great to see some fortitude. 300+ in both 2nd innings of the series. 627/17 in this game. A broken 149 in the first test and the monster 8th wicket (umpire assisted) partnership against us here were the difference betwwen the sides.

Should’ve continued until regis got out or tonned up. Apparantely Regis was happy with the 70* ?
Anyway a well deserved draw very happy

Yeah I picked 1-0 to WI as well, but I thought we'd draw the first and lose the second.
Happy to escape with the draw. Our first draw since the resumption in 2011, remarkably.
Raza and Moor were probably the real heroes of the second innings. But instead of letting the wheels fall off once Raza got out, Chakabva really knuckled down when it counted. Cremer's was a funny old innings... was probably out about 4 times but the umpires let him off the hook (about time something went our way). And in the end the game just became a joke, but well batted by that final pair nonetheless.

it was only a few overs between a rrr of 5 and one of 10.

record number of balls faced by a Zimbabwean 8th wicket pair. Some balance to the pain their 8th wicket caused.

An ODI series victory away from home followed up with a drawn test against one of the big 8. A successful return for a Zimbabwean team of any era.

I agree with Eugene. We've shown here that there's some real steal in this side.
I like Bobby as a bloke, he's evidently a nice guy but Jesus we need more than one wicket in a test series. Not enough penetration, although his speeds have been up considerably more, even compared to Jarvis, who now must fit into the medium fast bracket
