It will be dawn in a matter of minutes, mostly blue sky with 1/8 low thin stratus

If today is washed out, we have to hope tomorrow is also washed out. Table will then look like This:
West Indies 8
Zimbabwe 6
Scotland 5
Ireland 5
UAE 1

If you thought our pink ball test against SA was embarrassing did you take a look at the English innings?

Overton looked pretty good. Will be interesting to see what NZ muster.

Insomniac. It’s fekkin terrible.
Weather update- thin blanket of grey cloud covering the entire sky!! It was blue 30 minutes ago! Lots of moisture in the air. It’s what they call early morning low level turbulence stratus caused by a moist atmosphere and a light breeze, it usually burns off around 8ish, but it shows there’s moisture around and is a bit ominous.

Weather update
Stratus level has risen slightly and becoming broken cumulo stratus at 1000’, above that is 3/8 light cumulus which at this early hour is strongly indicative of afternoon thunderstorms.

The sky is changing fast.
6/8 strato cumulus at about 1200’ and the cumulus layer above that has completely disappeared.
I’m willing to put my cock on a block that we will get a game in, my sac tells me it’s clearing. If we get vertical build up around lunch then it indicates possible afternoon storms.
If that build up occurs late morning it’s almost a guarantee. Let’s see.
