Kenyon Ziehl was fired in 2016. Zimbabwe had poorest time, when he was in selection panel.Appointing failure brains again will push Zimbabwe Cricket backwards.

Looking like promotion for Utseya from coach to a selector :D

Right, Chawaguta and Utseya getting rewarded for resigning. Ziehl is like Pak team and Richard Pybus. The love story never ends, despite results.

This is interesting. Never really heard people complaining about Ziehl and Chawaguta's intergrity. I knew Prosperwould be back immediately so thats not a surprise. Problem is when you get Ziehl and Chawaguta endorsing the current regime it looks good on paper to the outside world. They will get a foreign coach too if they have any sense and dont be fooled by thinking nobody will take the job. For example Gibbs coaches Kuwait right now, do you think he would turn down thw chance to coach much better team? All they need is to hire somebody like that to make themselves look good on paper. How many unemployed people would turn down 23k a month even if it comes late?

For me this lack of unity in the ranks is the reason why I think voting these guys out is the only option. We have over a year to figure the processes out and prepare.

What happens in a year from now?

There is supposed to be an election for the whole board and chairman in August 2019 if I remember correctly.

Chawaguta is the scum of the earth. I would rather have Mangongo selecting players.
