Is a leg spinner a must these days? How many teams have a leg spinner who is an automatic pick these days? Honest question. I actually don't know. I feel like we might be forcing the issue here because we had Cremer before. None of them seem to be good enough just off their bowling at the moment but if Burl can just come and bowl a couple of overs do we need to push for a specialist who is also struggling for wickets?
It's a tough one because I feel like none ofour spinners offer anything significantly more than Williams and Raza at the moment. Would rather have even played Tshuma because Mumba can also bat a bit

Last we saw ‘Red’ he was limited as a leggie but he’s taken a ton of wickets since so I’m thinking he would have improved in that time.Kriterion_BD wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2020 6:33 amM'shangwe was quite mediocre as well.
Mavuta should be getting chances. He's got some potential.
Zimbabwe need depth at 1st class level too

Break through from Raza but how much will it cost us with Kasuza being hit on the head again. He hasnt had the an easy introduction to test match cricket. Hope he comes back from this.

Sounds like a terrible blow; sod all talk about "taking one for the team".
But the early wicket spices up things quite a bit.

Good job by Raza to keep tossing it up after getting hit for six. Nice return catch too.

They need to pull this back, Srilanka were always going to put up a fight we need to stem the flow their run and restrict, we need to build pressure again

Poor old Kevin Kasuza I feel bad for the guy no luck at all
Raza has bowled well but he puts his mates in danger when he drops short like that
Need to break this partnership, need something with the new ball
