We are staring at a massive total now. Even if we go through them from here they'll get 400.

Zimbabwe need to look for a draw from here on, definitely possible on a flat track like this, my only concern is the inexperience in this Zimbabwe batting line up... You put Taylor and Ervine in there and I would have felt a lot more confident.

Looks like it’s a 550 runs innings

It's ok, Zimbabwe are already 1-0 up, it's the Afghans who need to force a result on a flat deck.

So we just need someone to make 300, take a 150 run lead and knock them over as the pitch breaks up on Day 5.

About time Houghton's record went.

Regis to the rescue then! He broke the Logan Cup record of Guy Whittall, let him break the test record too...

Geez, Ashgar has played an excellent counter-attacking innings. A little bit reckless sometimes, but our guys have been too loose. Too short and wide 75% of the time and the few times they landed it on a good length they troubled the batsmen. Yes, it's not turning that much, but you're not going to pick up wickets by bowling half trackers. There are signs that this wicket will take turn as the match progresses, I think Rashid and the left armer are going have a party on that surface.

I don't know why they didn't pick a specialist spinner in place of Don who looks pretty useless. Lots of work for the bowlers tomorrow and even more work for the batters. Time for the others to step up and not leave all the run scoring to Williams, Raza and Chakabva.

Despite taking a beating today, I've really enjoyed Blessing's spell with the second new ball. The guy can easily get it up to 140kph I don't why he doesn't try. With the bounce he gets he could really be something special if he tried to add an extra 10kph to his pace.

I was thinking Wes, Crimson. If he gets going he might not know when he is supposed to stop.

Don't know why they didn't prepare a track like this first up for themselves.
