As far as Wes goes, he needs to be developed in domestic fc first no matter how much the hype he creates in odis and t20s. He's only 20 and if you put him in deep water now then he'll lose his confidence. But if we let him develop and bring him after a year or two in tests then he will be an assest for the next 15 years.
Its important to consider the development of our players for th elong term and not the short term
