Googly speculates that they got the ICC involved as a threat/payback tactic for the court stuff, but it got out of control and out of hand and has grown to be a threat for them too.

He spoke about medicines with very flimsy evidence behind them as being a cure. I don't believe that. I thought it was nonsense.

This is an important thread so I don't want to write about whether I think it is justified or not. I also don't think anyone gives a fuck.

Anyway, he’s missed and a really valuable asset to the forum and is spot on about a lot of issues. Whatever he said about this corona thing, the reaction to it has been abysmal and over reaching from govt and that’s not really up for debate.

Anyway, what could Streak have done? Why the hell is he getting nailed for something when Makoni et all have been robbing the coffers blind for over a decade, and everyone knows it. I have it on good authority that he earns 20k a month, and Hammy 10k. For doing what, exactly? Opening up a weekly automated email from the ICC once a week? These people are scum, gents.

Googly occaisionally made some valid points, even on COVID. Its very rare for any person be right or wrong all the time.

But since his absence, I'd estimate ZCF is seeing a 90% reduction in characters posted haha. That guy would write novels.

When and why did googly leave? I didn't notice he had been gone, but part of that is his posts are usually too long, rambling, and conspiratorial for my tastes unless I'm particularly interested in the topic at hand.

He got into some argument and then left although many of us asked him to stay back. Isn't it quite normal to have debates and arguments on sports forums?

Zim cricket forums are in fact a very decent place. I've been on other forums and the discussions are so stupid and rubbish. People also fight with each other like cats and dogs.
