K-long looks like his game plan is just to hit every ball as hard as he can.

When he does, he often loses his shape. His head is not still and that means the ball can go anywhere. He would improve his game significantly if he worked on just playing the ball on merit, and moving it around the pitch. He has the power, so there is no worry that he can't clear the rope. Improve the other parts, and the big hits will become more regular.

He's not playing the ball on merit and that's why he hasn't really kicked on in his career.
