Would Don be a bad number 6 for the next test? Considering all the injuries, if nobody recovers and Prince is out injured I wouldn’t mind Tari opening, Don at 6 and Nyauchi in the tail. Long tail I know but we will lose anyway. Might as well try new things
Long tail won't work out, there aren't many options though, may be try out Luke Jongwe instead of Musakanda (assuming both openers are fit) to give an additional bowling option.

These guys are doing Ramadan during this test and series, they basically played without eating anything, and we still can’t get them out.

I guess one way of getting under their skin is to Call Mohamed the Prophet a peodophile in their face and see what happens.
This’ll be the highway into Harare at 6pm after the game if that happens

Bangladesh players are also "doing Ramadan"...SL bowlers couldn't get them out either in the first Test.
I am actually quite impressed on how they still play better when they are fasting, I guess fasting can help with uplifting they spirit and endurance.

Man I came to this forum to discuss Zimbabwe cricket and instead I see slander on Islam I mean come on, show some class yeah? One of Zimbabwe's best, Sikandar Raza is a Muslim and yet you slander his religion.

The marriage according to Islamic tradition was consummated when Aisha was nine and Muhammad was around 50. Aisha was the daughter of Muhammad's best friend and the first caliph, Abu Bakr.

Hakeem Olajuwon used to dominate the NBA during Ramadan. Shareef Abdur Rahim was NBA player of month once when it largely coincided with Ramadan.

Amongst contemporary players my boy Jaylen Brown just dropped 38 points the other night vs the Hornets and he’s been fasting this month as well as studying the Quran.

Intermittent fasting has become the latest fad and supposedly has health benefits.

This is really something I didnot really think about, the fasting must really help with concentration and focus.

Some interesting facts there about those Basketball players.

So playing with them during Ramadan is not a good strategy

Islamaphobia, bigotry, misogyny, racism, and anti-semitism have all reared their ugly heads on this forum at different stages. Unfortunately, without any moderation, it will continue and it will be rife and people like zimlover and Zimdoggy will continue to spout it and get away with it. It's the unfortunate reality of the world we live in in which people like zimlover believe others inferior and therefore feel they can talk in the way they do.

Going back to the cricket, it's been clear for some time that our bowling, particularly in tests, is not very potent and often struggles to find breakthroughs when needed. We may be able to slow the run rate, but we don't know how to create wickets or force wickets, and in test cricket that is priceless.
