I think he will struggle, but good luck to him.

PJ told John Ward he was still committed to Zim. Perhaps he's making the right noises in each country, keeping his options open and seeing how things pan out. I certainly hope that's the case.

I'm a little torn on this. I want PJ to play for Zim, but I'm also not sure how I feel about him flirting with Ireland. He needs to be clear and commit one way or another I feel. We the Zim fans clearly want him, but there's obviously things happening behind the scened we are not sure of.

It would be great if there was just more transparency from players and admin. It's the same thing with the Murray issue. So much guessing and no clarity for fans. This is where we need a clear media outlet.

I don't think PJ will do as well in Ireland as he is thinking, but perhaps he is also seeing it as a security long term instead of staying in Zim with it's economy and such.

A few players haven’t been honest with John previously. Might be another.

Irish domestic seems to have better quality. Pj need time to get accustom with conditions

It’s really low quality tbh. Generally lower quality than Zim domestic I think.

Irish domestic low quality ? so far they played two test against top teams and surprised them with their bowling. All they missing is putting things in order, once they get a renowned coach they will be ahead of Bangladesh & WI in tests

That point was about the general quality of domestic cricket in Ireland. Not about Ireland national team's performance as a test team.

The pressure is on him now to perform. If he was being mistreated his quality should show. 1 day he will realize he took the harder option
