PJ had that front foot issue, struggled with the short ball when he left school and had that big clash with Mangongo.
Ya I thought he was going to be mega. Watched him hit 21 6's in a schoolboy innings against quite decent bowling once. I think it was 21? Bloody good innings anyway, it was at the Saints T20.
This game is confusing.

I was with a well known coach watching that innings and he predicted PJ would struggle initially at men's level.

I was once with Grant Flower and Ed Byrom (aged 14) was batting. He went and stood at Ed's net for a while. I asked him what he was looking at. He told me that he was about the best prospect he'd seen. He wasn't doing anything particularly good either, but Grant picked up straight away that he had something. Main things were picking up line and length in a flash and keeping his head absolutely dead still.
Way beyond my pay grade

I see that Alistair Frost is in the same Ireland development XI as PJ Moor.

There's a couple of brothers. Alistair has improved his cricket big time, he looks a really sharp batsman. That Ireland move is because his pathways here are blocked. They think he's not good enough to even make a franchise side and he's better than a lot of players here. His family do well and the two brothers will ultimately end up back in Zim and not playing cricket.

There'll be lots of the usual 'minnow bashing' and idiots saying the Dutch shouldn't be allowed to play etc.....but I can't remember anyone saying that when England scored 481 against Australia .

But then SZ, these are the kind of games that gives voice to these people.

Netherlands should be doing better, this is unacceptable. Total shambles and not worthy of a performance from a leading associate side. Probably the best associate side and that too at home.
