Ya I'm sure he would have timed it so he is eligible. I don't know for sure, but its highly likely. I heard a while back that the main reason for him leaving was him being unable to see eye to eye with Hamilton Masakadza. I don't know the circumstances, but they failed to get on.

I would like to think Hamilton was a fair man. EG.. Who knows. Moor has always been average in one day matches but he has excelled at tests something we don't play a lot of

Yes he is ..he last played T20 international against Singapore in oct 2019. He will finish his three years waiting period by the time wc begins also icc is leniant with one or two months for a major event like wc
