Actually that one pick-up reverse of Madhevere's was a fantastic shot as well.

What witchcraft is Dave using? This appears to be a completely different team mindset compared to the Rajput era. A very good all round batting performance against a strong side

Remember when Rajput tried to forcibly make Raza retire from T20I's before the Ireland/Scotland trip

Their bowling was rank! Worst I've seen from them.
The reality is that should have been a 230 score, but its good enough. Some tightish bowling and good fielding should see us home.

Madhevere has done nothing useful yet, run a ball, Dinked it around and 2 reverses for 4. Not good enuf.
Happy now?
He hasn't convinced me. Has ended up a decent innings, his boundaries, bar one, have come from easy deliveries. He needs to pump a few in the V and over cow to impress.
I'll take what he's done though  We're heading to a very defendable total.
Fair assessment. His innings was quite streaky at the beginning. However, bear in mind that he is coming off a poor run of form unlike someone like Raza who is in a purple patch. I still believe he is the most talented of the young batsman when in full form, has got every shot in book
