Good to see Kaia giving plenty of chat back to the sledging from Adair and Tucker.
Although not sure why he responded by trying to start hitting sixes. Him and Craig were looking good. A bit silly.

Zimbabwe are not great at rotating the strike. Ireland had 150 dot balls in their innings, 50% of balls were scored off. Zimbabwe are currently 12 overs in have 50 dots of 72 balls, 69% dot balls and 31 % scoring shots. Scored off 22 out of the 72 available balls. I know it is early in the innings, so we will see if they pick it up
Kaia and Madhevere don't get enough singles

Raza at the crease for the first time since his ZCF knighthood. Come on Sakhi

Alright, this is a poor performance. They need to get things right in the next game. They are playing far too many bowlers, wellington is not needed in ODIs they can play an extra batter. I'd say give Chibhabha a go for whatever it is worth. Madhevere has to be dropped as well for just about anyone.. May be give Marumani another go.

Williams is still such a vital part of that middle order.

Boys keep getting out once they’re set, apart from poor Wes who couldn’t hit water out of a boat at the moment.

Tempted to say it’s an awful idea to promote him to open whilst in such a poor trot, but maybe DH thought he’d be better sever up top playing with freedom?

Either way it didn’t work and I’m not sure where to next for Wes, still think a few innings tonking the Logan Cup bowlers around wouldn’t hurt.

Shumba can do better than Wes to be honest.

If whoever comes in has to open, then it has to be Marumani.

Maru, Mavuta & Chatara in for Wes, Wellington and Evans for me next game.

I wouldn't change Evans. I reckoned he bowled well until the last two overs of his spell.
Saw Kirby having a good chat with him a few moments back.
