How can Gary Ballance, who is arguably the best batter in the team , bat as low as No. 5? Surely No. 3 should be his spot.🤦‍♂️
Ervine is a long-established 3, Ballance a long-established 4, and Chamu often bats at 5 for Eagles. Makes no sense at all for them to switch their positions. :?

The only thing I can think of is that Chamu is shit against spin (17 years and counting), so maybe they putting him earlier to face as much pace as possible.

Lol, you were right SZ, Chamu out to spin right away.

Ervine needs to stay for a long long time if we want to be comfortable in hoping for a draw.

The openers did really well to start off. Then Chibhabha came to the crease. Whats the point playing a player like him, he really brings nothing to the team. Better off playing someone like Milton Shumba. Kaia should be looking to bat long here.

Good 50 for Kaia. He is definitely one of my favt Zimbabwean players now.

Long way to go but just imagine if Zimbabwe even end up drawing this series. That will be huge.
