I always thought David would end up a better player, but I got that badly wrong. I think he's knocked it on the head. Bidza is a good player. Everyone talks of Myers, Madhevere and Shumba, but wait for when Bidza Bennet and Matty Welch get going over the next two seasons. They're going to be very good.
Thats a real shame.
I know their is a sean bennet currently with the under 19. Who is Bidza? Is that a spelling misyake on Brian

Bennett’s nickname.?

It’s also Ngarava’s nickname so that could get confusing

David showed enough quality at the World Cup if I remember. Probably could have given it a good go , but if we retain Brian and Welch plus the various bowlers we’ve seen play already then that’s a pretty good return from the last u19 side

Schonken could be a very good spin bowler for us in future years.
Glad that shungu has had 20 20 and first class experience before 2024 under 19 world cup. As well as ronak patel and campbell macmillman being involved in domestic 20 20 it bodes well in terms of preperation.
There are also two marriliers playing for the under 19s i think 😅

He went to Uni and lost interest in the game! He was a huge prospect and hoping he can do a Hami and come back to his former self
The higher you go the cooler it becomes.

That's interesting because UK universities are on break, which is why Myers is back, not sure where Bhawa is or what his plans are, but I can find out at some point.

Macmillion will be an interesting one. His dad is under the spotlight and there's a chance he will be the fall guy in this American sponsored Al Jazeera exposé. The days of African American puppet regimes are over, like Biden they're about 50 years out of date. They're about that many years too late to do business in Africa, they need to walk through the front door and do legit business, not continue with their arrogant ways thinking they can topple governments, how stupid can they be?
