Re: POINTS - Permutations
If Scotland wins against all three . Zimbabwe wins against srilanka but loses against Scotland .while srilanka wins against westindies .there comes a three way tie on 8 points

Re: POINTS - Permutations
So basically no matter what the other results are, Zimbabwe v Scotland is a knockout final?tej_27 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 8:02 amIf Scotland wins against all three . (Assuming WI end up getting rolled again today, which it looks like will happen)

Re: POINTS - Permutations
If both Zim beat SL, and Scots beat Zim, and WI beat SL, and Scots beat Ned, then SL end with 6 points while Zim and Scots end with 8. Probably the most entertaining outcome.brmtaylor.com admin wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 9:24 amSo basically no matter what the other results are, Zimbabwe v Scotland is a knockout final?

I guess the easiest way to qualify is to just keep winning!
Re: POINTS - Permutations
Yeah that's the most entertaining outcome, but very unlikely.pillowprocter wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 9:29 amIf both Zim beat SL, and Scots beat Zim, and WI beat SL, and Scots beat Ned, then SL end with 6 points while Zim and Scots end with 8. Re: POINTS - Permutations
Lol, yeah. If Netherlands had beaten SL yesterday, that would have been huge. SL then were basically looking at a must win game tomorrow.pillowprocter wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 10:00 amMost results so far this tourney have been unlikelysam_ahm wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 9:50 amYeah that's the most entertaining outcome, but very unlikely.pillowprocter wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 9:29 am
