I’d say it’s obvious and also probably obvious for every other team in this tournament too.

No SZ, the point Zimdoggy is making is very valid. Scotland for example can lose McMullen, Berrington, Cross and Munsey... And yet find a Leask, Greaves, Watt giving them those much needed runs.

For Zimbabwe we have Burl and then probably no one. So the responsibility on Ervine, Willo and Sikki is huge which is why it is even more frustrating to see Williams and Sikki play too many risky shots.

I agree with SZ, you take the best 3 batsman out of any side and there is likely to be a downturn. But teams can still be competitive without their key players, just like Zimbabwe were v Bangladesh without Ervine, Williams, Blessing & Burl. Or v Australia where they won again without Ervine, Blessing & Chatara.

Do people not see that the bowling is a huge problem ? Early wickets is a must but rarely happens because of the inconsistent line and length of the bowlers.

So we have 3 world class batters, another (Burl) who has done well, and another (Gumbie) who has done his job in 5 of the 6 games so far.

So basically there’s one weak link which is Wes.

So basically it is nowhere near as bad as you suggest.

Idk, I think it’s a good thing that Ervine/Williams/Raza are so bloody awesome. I’m not sure why people think it’s bad
