Ballance probably retired because of racism thing. If he was in this side, Zimbabwe would have been a much better team
If qualified Ballance would have been back...
Anyway Chatara is the scapegoat
Craig Ervine failed when needed most.

Taps that's not cool. Same as last time. Everyone behind them until they fail and then the vitriol and time to move on stuff, but move on to whom. You'll wait a cold day in hell to find guys better than Craig, Raza and Sean.
They aren't going to be around in 4 years time anyway so what's the point of all them sticking around? In fact they won't be kicked out, 2 of them already planned on leaving anyway if this happened.
You don't just bang in new guys. U pass the baton. Might be a slightly damaged one, but that's what we've got.
Ideally for me our bowling legend retires today. One batting legend end of this year, another end of next year and another end of 2025. Time to start dialling +44 up

High profile guy with World class ability and fucks the second bite of the cherry. Go figure.

He may well get a third bite with another County gig. Undeservingly so. Needs to tidy up his act and take a bag of cement.
How would a county gig work for him now he’s played for us? Would he be domestic or overseas? Genuinely interested.

I don't see why not. He won't be eligible for England for 3 years but for county he will with his Brit passport.
Schardendorf plays county and he represented Zim in U19, but I'm not sure when he played his first game, but I'm sure it was within that 3 year period.

If he could find some Shona heritage like Tawanda it would be a shoe-in

i seriously thought it was the same case as the BT saga and the retirement was to save face?
