Captaincy is real problem

Both he and his brother deal with herniated discs, usually only gets you in your 30's.
They flare up due to the oddest reasons, but I'd think keeping is just inviting problems.
Biggest design flaw in the human body, we became bi-pedal about a million years too soon
The disc operations are getting more and more advanced. I'd think there will be good surgical options soon enuf. There are already, but better ones I'm sure are around the corner.

We really needed a keeper who could change gears.
Madande is good but his keeping, oh well.
Also not the best guy to bet a t20 innings on.

Matt Welch can't even get a franchise game. Not sure what's going on there. You've got wannabe overseas guys, older players not doing much, younger guys not showing much potential and he just sits. I'm sure one more season of sitting and he will knock it on the head, you can't eat air.

Jeez a good captain is everything. Raza performs, that's a huge box tick. The biggest.
His bowling changes are shite.
He shoots from the hip, that's only a good thing if it works.
