Someone mentioned Paul Strang. He is coaching in New Zealand and I doubt he is giving up that job for the shit show at ZC.

The way ZC is chewed up and spat out the last 4 head coaches without really changing anything systematic to offer support. There will be no foreign coach of any real note applying for the job.

The best cricket minds like Ponting, Fleming, Jayawardene etc are more than happy to take t20 gigs. Coaching Zimbabwe is not a privilege that it once was when the likes of Geoff Marsh took the role.

The money is good and there’s only so many coaching gigs out there.
