There is just no stability in this side. Players always out injured and fear of getting dropped for a poor performance isn't the recipe for success

If he's our no 4 in 50 over the shit is way deeper than we possibly imagined. Again it sounds like I don't like him, I do, but he's not a no4 in an international side. May develop into one, but he's got a way to go.
