Great over to be fair. Spin in the last over is always a risk though.

Jeez Eagles stole that game. Owen Muzondo bowling the last over is a serious miscalculation.

I'm sure the combo of Ngarava,Chivanga and the Pakistani import will give a good account of themselves tomorrow. Thing is if we haven't got requisite batsmen it's all for nothing.
Need matty Welch in their tomorrow.

Masuku not giving Jongwe the strike was a shocker. Hope to see some better cricket tomorrow.

What I'm smarting at is Marshall being picked ahead of Welch Jr and then only getting 1 over.
For my money he's the most talented bat in the Eagles line-up. Let him play every game ffs. They wouldn't recognize talent if it slapped them.

It's not a good look I agree. I would not upset the top order though as K Long and Welch have had some good partnerships. Fit him in middle order or first drop.

Well we're yet to see him in T20, he won the final for them about 4 years ago aged 16 or 17 and then sidelined him for 3 years in case he became too good. They're a joke. He'll possibly be thrown in the deep end against Durham, they seem keen to give him tough assignments.
He should bat front 3, certainly ahead of Maru. Ervine should float and only come in at 4 if they lose early wickets. He seems so reluctant to play big shots. Look in hindsight that was the partnership but they left plenty of runs out there.

What was annoying to watch was Ervine and Chamu jog through for about 40 in slow singles with a massive outfield. Not once did they put a fielder under pressure. They left at least 6-10 Two's out there.
Kamunhukamwe's wicket was woeful. He'd done all the damage for 2 overs and then just had a hoik when it was completely unnecessary.

Those square boundaries at HSC are a joke. They must be close to 90m.

And I'd tell Ngarava if he's not prepared to dive to save a 4 to warm the bench for the rest of the week. That's 1960's fielding.
