Our domestic T20 season runs from the 3rd to the 9th, that's 7 days of T20. They need to play each team twice, not once. Two months of red ball and 7 days of white ball, something very wrong with that picture.
Sounds like they want to replace the T10 with our own T20 franchise, including overseas players. How is that being paid for, I wonder?
The T10 sponsor is a dodgy guy and it would have been a matter of time before there was a controvery, but nonetheless I thought it was a great spectacle. What I really enjoyed was the 3 games, back to back to back. Very good idea. Still quite a few players who are owed money from that tournament, always a good sign that you're dealing with mafia.
The spectator turnout for the T10 was not great, but there was a presence. I imagine there will be even less for T20.
The cricketing public has zero interest in domestic or club cricket. Less than zero amongst the white community.
It's bloody disheartening I tell you.
Not sure whats happened to Zim these days. Drinking is the national sport. We are world champions

Don't any of the old boys go to the games and have a few jars at the Centurian? The Prices or Rennies etc
