Campbell keeps coming in to face a really good spin attack.
Also he's not looking to nudge it around and pad his average.
Give him all 5 games and give him an over or two, but they'll probably drop him.
Bishnoi u have to see off unless he bowls a loose one, which is not often.
If Knackers plays he should open or bat 3. If he bats middle order you know more cash has changed hands
If he bats middle they'll probably drop Campbell, if he bats up they should drop Wes but will probably drop Maru.
Innocent will almost certainly have another go. Then they'll drop whoever is left of those two.

This in out thing the "selectors" do is tough on players mentally and aside from Bennett I don't think we have a player who is mentally tough. Years of getting pounded has shattered everyone's nerves.
In fact Burl has survived it, he believes in himself.
Wellie not too bad either.

Can't fault Myers and Madande game was lost when the can in.

That's just not true. 80/5 chasing 180. A lot of teams can do that and do. Have to aim big.

Am I the only one that looked at that game and was pleased as to how we performed.

This is a very strong India lineup albeit missing a few first teamers.

Our bowling was really positive, it was fielding that was disappointing, if not the game could have been very different.

Myers and Madande did a great job to get us to a decent total, it’s not often we will hit 159 against that bowling attack and won’t happen again this series.

The top order is a concern, I agree on that. Chopping and changing isn’t working and we will just have to deal with what we have.

If we play like this against the likes of Bangladesh and Sri Lanka we will win more than we lose trust me.

No I'm the only one who wasn't that impressed. You're in the vast majority who are taking the "positives" out of the game.
We've taken so many "positives" out if losses we could generate lightning.

I'm with Googly, we were saving face. The bowling and fielding performance was pathetic. No runs from the top order again.

Only positive was that Myers got some confidence.

The top 3 is just too green. Talented players though of which bennett has highest ceiling. It would have been nice if an Ervine or a Burl was up top to complement the youngster.

The openers have the fortune of 5 power play overs.
Just put your two most destructive and best, and if they come off, we win

Knowing ZC Campbell will be the sacrificial Lamb next game and will be dropped. Shumba will come in for him. Score 6 runs off 14 balls and everyone will be scratching their heads wondering where it all went wrong.

Well we now all want to see Knackers.
Shumba and Madhevere are like for like. Both good players, both are a bit slow in this format. Wes has had a lot more experience than Milton and more time up the order. Milton has had limited opportunity up top. But he is very similar in my opinion.

I really hope they don't drop Jonno. He deserves some opportunity. I think he was essentially Ryan's replacement so who will be our middle order banger?
If they drop him for Knackers then we'd expect him to bat in Jonno's spot. That's a softer entry. Throw him in the deep end
