Madande keeps nearly letting those thru. Stand further back if you're struggling
Ya, he needs chopping, well out of his depth in test match cricket

Alright guys, I was too nervy to watch the Irish innings, because I knew a 50/0 kind of a start almost seals the game, so I quietly changed to India - SL game... Aand after India won I nervously checked the score on cricinfo to find Ireland at 33/5. Really happy but I'm not getting ahead of the game here... we've seen them losing such games and that's why I'm not counting on anything here.

I don't know if I'll watch tomorrow or not, just wishing the boys all the very best!

We keep on trying to throw the match away and Ireland keep letting us back in. The rain saved the Irish there, but at least Richie and Blessing will be fresh in the morning.

Some absolutely terrible cricket on display at times in this match  it’s not high quality stuff! But that’s made it a lot of fun and very entertaining. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Feel we are learning about a couple of guys in this match.

Gumbie clearly has the ability and the game to open in tests, as well as Prince has done a partnership between Innocent Kaia and Gumbie would be a good bet moving forwards.

I know he was a bit lucky but Myers as I have said before has more grit, steel and determination than Wes, Marumani and Madande put together. If you compare the mental side of their games, Myers is in a different time zone to Madande.

Bennett looks short of the technique for tests at the moment, perhaps may be best letting him concentrate on white ball cricket in the near future.
The months without matches clearly works for Williams but not for Ervine, however I think Ervine has captained well in this match.

I would stick some money on Ireland if I was a betting man.

Quality has been poor but it has been exciting. Ireland will be kicking themselves. Even though I reckon they may chase these runs down.

I like Gumbie at the top of the order, I think he deserves more credit for his efforts than he gets.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

This has really been a fantastic Test. The rivalry between the sides is great and the game flow has just ebbed and flown all through. Absolutely riveting and fascinating. You can’t get this in any other format or any other sport!

What's the story with Chivanga? He went off injured for about 10 overs I think. If he comes back on does he have to wait the 10 overs to bowl, or is it a time thing, in which case he could bowl immediately?

If he's injured can we swap like for like and could nyauchi come on?

I didn't realise how badly we were in the shit until they were 35-5 and probably still in the driving seat
