I thought Maru was going to get hold of a couple. Just didnt give that enuf elevation. First time ive seen him not wat tto revert to hitting it behind square leg. Maybe hes slowly learning. Didn't see Bennett's duck.

Anyone know what happened to Sean Williams? He retired injured and didn't play yesterday.
Our batters are doing poorly. Surely a cause for concern that they're being outperformed by guys well past their sell-by date and others who've always been fringe players.
I understand that Rassie and Malan are a cut above and could/should still be playing international cricket (Rassie I'm sure is mightily aggrieved), but we're not even in the same dept store as most of the other batters. Munsey plays for an Associate and he's miles ahead of our guys. Raza does ok, as does Williams, Burl not too bad, Deon got a delivery that stayed underground and was unlucky in his only outing, but the others have been bad.
Is somebody going to ask Mutendira to explain his selections or is he going to continually be allowed to send us into oblivion? Is he answerable to anybody, and if so whom, because theyre part of the problem. When are we going to get proper selectors without giant chips on their collective shoulders? Who gave these Pakistanis information about our players? The politics and interference in selections remains our biggest stumbling block.
These Pakistanis must be made to put 2 of our batters in the front 4 of every team so they can get exposure as well. Without exposure nobody is going to improve. Is it not alarming that they don't even give a shit which Zimbos are picked because they're hiding most of them? We're just a corrupt venue for these shady people.
