Curran is in some serious form. Can't believe he didn't even make the regional sides.

I've kept pretty quiet about this most recently selected squad. I don't necessarily dislike the names who have been chosen; I really like Myers a lot and think he's got it in him to be fantastic. Wez is in poor form yes but he is still a very talented player.
The point that has clearly annoyed people is that players with superior recent form have been completely and utterly ignored, even from trial games.
Welch jnr
Campbell J
Curran
Plain and simply put, they needed to be given the platform to get into the national side and the fact they were denied it is worrying.
I've heard from a player local to the Eagles that one or two players are heavily pissed off with their none selection

Different format. He didn't play in their first 50 over game either. For certain he will play on Monday.
That Rocks line up looks decent to be fair. In effect, Zhuwao and I.Kaia are the two picked ahead of him in a 50 over game. You can see why.

Wonderful innings from Roy Kaia he certainly has picked up some form recently. Surely adding his name to the hat as well.
CHRISTOPHER MPOFU: 'The problem was fear of failure. I used to think that when I played, if I didn't do well in one game, I would lose my place for the next one but now I've let go of that'
