Mmm....I think it was just Steve and the 5 whites.
Anything else he may or may not have done has been done multiple times before with no censure.
I mean they let Singo run a knock shop at Queens ffs
He only started pulling the piss when he started forging the boss's signature
Clearly there are some boundaries
Word

In Makoni's letter, wtf does 'the main thing is the main thing' mean.

Also Matsi being head coach of a franchise whilst 'remaining with the national team' is hilarious. National team are in camp from now until the end of Jan. He won't go anywhere near Mutare or Mountaineers for the next two months.

   Sounds like some slogan the guys came up with after 3 bottles of green label and thought it sounded great. One of those where you had to be there in the moment to appreciate its majesty.

Exactly, can’t do both gigs at the same time and give 100% to both. They just didn’t like old Steve and his methods.

They arent even making is hard to read between the lines.

The main thing is to ensure you're selecting players David wants. Let us know you're potential side and we'll quality assure it for PONI. Dont be selecting on merit as that isnt being a patriot.

We know how it works here.

🤮🤮

That's an internal code that we will never know.
Since it's in the public domain would Larry be able to shed some light? I'm sure he knows, but needs permission to clarify it, if it's not too nefarious.

Ya I see Donald being the "interim" coach.
If Matsi spends any time there then he's also been moved sideways and downwards. It's possible, who knows the politics there.
I recall when the Brents were managing and coaching Mountaineers and they were winning everything and got sacked. Mr Makoni himself went there to have a go at coaching the following season.

If I'm not mistaken the Mountaineers manager has also been moved on? That would imply he's complicit in whatever Mangongo supposedly did wrong.
You can't fire guys here without just cause. These will be sideways and slightly downwards movements, if anything. These guys could make it decidedly uncomfortable for people if its what the whole of Zimbabwe suspects it is. They'd need big bottle to go down that road though.

This has potential to get ugly.

I've just listened to a 3 Mob talk from Raza about the T20's
There he categorically states Wes and Faraz are in.
Now he gets asked about Faraz, and it sounded like Larry K? Raza is confident he'll deliver with the ball and will be good for 8-10 deliveries at 160% and he's being groomed for this role.
It really does smack of - you give me Faraz and I'll give you Wes.
This is getting tougher and tougher to explain. They'd better hope at least one of them comes off once. Three games, two players with 2 roles per game, that's 24 opportunities for one successful outcome and that's all that's required because it's a two for one deal. Odds are beyond excellent.
