I like him as a bowler and was purposly watching the speed gun and he never got anywhere near 144Kph. However, his opening partner (Otieno was it ?) bowled that speed against Dilshan.

And just for the record, Ian Nicholson is actually one of the quickest bowlers we have. I know this since i've seen him bowl in the nets near where i play, he had a speed gun. cough 88mph cough 8-) ;)
If Ian Nicolson has ever bowled 88mph i will fly to Harare from Hong Kong and streak in the upcoming T20 series next weekend.
Book your ticket then because it's happened my friend. I have a picture of him bowling in the nets somewhere on my laptop.
:D Always looking for an excuse to go home lol, come on then lets see this picture!!!!!

Scorecard for the second Eagles Vs Kenya game: http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/c ... 40218.html

Eagles winning by 2 wickets against the Kenyans. Not very convincing by the Eagles in these two matches. Considering the inexperience of the Kenyans, they should have ideally steamrolled them.

Looks like a couple of lusty blows by young Nathan Waller in the end has sealed it.

:D :D

I thought you missed a verb in this sentence - "meet". Shouldn't it read "If Ian Nicolson has ever bowled 88mph i will fly to Harare from Hong Kong and meet streak in the upcoming T20 series next weekend."?

Just in case sloandog manages to conjure up that picture, there's the readymade excuse for you :)

Really! I thought the other Kenyan bowlers could barely break 130kph. You must know your stuff. ;)

Eagles have been comfortably ahead on runrate, but lost a lot of wickets winning both these games. Mutizwa was a steadying hand both times. This must be doing something for Kenya, not sure how hard the cricket is though.

Not too sure about Chakabva as a T20 player. I'd rather have Raza-Butt in there to open then drop Stewy down to 3.
I just don't know why the Eagles technical team and our national selectors are so obsessed with Chakabva when he has so far not done that much in limited overs cricket. He had better stick to the 4 day game for now.
My XI:
1. Raza
2. Hamilton-Brown
3. Matsi(c)
4. ten Doeschate
5. Forster(wk)
6. Chigs
7. Hall
8. Nate Waller
9. Price
10. Jarvis
11. Garwe
12th man: Mbofana
-I don't know how many overseas players are allowed per side but I'd only have 3.
Vusi, Mawoyo, H.Masakadza, Taylor, Ervine, Williams, Mutumbami, S.Masakadza, Meth, Price, Jarvis
