I was keeping quiet all the time hoping not to jinx him, but ... padding up to a seamer is never a good idea.
It's been good going while he was at it. Richmond has certainly leapfrogged Chaks in my book (batting and keeping) for now.

Very good thinking there by Shakib to ricochet the drive on to the wicket to get Chigs. Well spotted by Rainsford in commentary

I'll readily admit that I'm as much of a fanboy of Mutumbami as certain others on this forum are of Ervine, but I'm pretty convinced we're on to something here. Playing at the Rocks either crushes your soul or steels you for greater things!
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

Better keeper than Regis in my bookforeignfield wrote:I was keeping quiet all the time hoping not to jinx him, but ... padding up to a seamer is never a good idea.

Elton is playing some sensible stuff all the while. I think we can still get 350.
