No. On the most important facets, Ebrahim was crapBaijuSpeaks wrote:Anyone else finding Raza similar to Ebrahim?![]()
Both run lightning fast, very good fielders, top order players and classy.

I appreciate the comparison, however for our sakes I hope he turns out to be better than Dion in the end. He certainly looks like he values his wicket well, a quality we have been lacking for some time

Re: [MATCH THREAD] Zim v Bangla 3rd Bulawayo ODI
we could desperately need a level-headed top order bat but this comment can only be true if he's putting away bad balls or simply too classy for the bowling cos going at over a run a ball isn't the best CV for "will value my wicket":) let's hope he's doing one or the other...TheBradDevil wrote: He certainly looks like he values his wicket well,

Yeah, Ebrahim wouldn't make the current first eleven.betterdays wrote:Conant wrote:BaijuSpeaks wrote: Ebrahim was crap... not crap, he deserved his place in the Zim team (the lad made a few runs outside Zim as well - was never more than OK though). But I can't say on the comparison
He was around the level of Matsikenyeri I felt.

It would be nice if Vusi could get to his 50 so that we can move on. We being held back by a fifty milestone and player feeling his way into form

As if on cue the commentator announces that is a 50 partnership. Meaning in that partnership Vusi has contributed a maximum 15 and the new batsman 35

Sibanda can catch up quickly though. It's just important these two stay out there for the time being. If Sibanda and Raza add another 50 that should seal the game and series.
Raza could reach 50 before Sibanda at this rate though...

They do need to turn the strike over more quickly. Even though we are in control things can fall apart quickly as the rrr rises.

Raza gone.
With Taylor at the crease I think we'll see a more responsible run chase.
