I do in fact know the exact location, but it would have been too easy to find if it was on my history page
I'll give you a clue - the letter "P" is quite prominent.
Should be a fairly easy one: former Zimbabwean captain, but his main legacy to the country wasn't in his playing (although he was involved in a famous win for the side) - instead, it's visible everywhere you go in Zimbabwe: the country's car registration numbering system. The man responsible was...?
