294 it is. 90 runs added for the last three wickets, 46 for the tenth (a record against Pak). Great effort by Chatara in particular, but equally hats off to Vitori. Now go out boys and enjoy yourselves with the new ball!

Great effort from the tail. It has been a good recovery from the 215 that we were headed for amidst the middle order wreckage. It would be nice to at least compete with the ball and keep them from building a massive lead.

One thing the competition for bowling spots seems to have provoked is an improvement in their batting standards. Chatara seems a different player to the one who played THAT Shot in the WI!
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

Dunno if a video exists of the shot, but basically, his feet where at short leg and his bat was desperately fishing around the stumps. Not one from the coaching manual, thats for sure!

You can tell when a batter is being rushed for pace, and im just watching Brian here and looks like he's working up a fair head of steam. Chatara looks like he's swinging them both ways which is really good to see! Lbw was plumb, poor umpiring

Only just got in... can someone tell me how Vitori has bowled? Swing and pace? Is it as good as a like-for-like for Jarvis as we can hope for?

Great batting by the tail. 294 is pretty respectable, all things considered.
