Who should be man of the match?

Chatara and Vitori are the standouts. Masakadza and Taylor would be smokeys.

Chatara...easy.

Aaah man what a victory man! So happy for Zim and especially for the palyers cos I know they would have copped a lot of talk if they hadnt especially from ZC themselves. Absolutely happy for the boys. Bowlesrs outstanding as usual. Chatara really played well. NUFF respect to Misbah he is a real giant for pakistan. I knew the only way was to leave him stranded and Zim did just that. Beautiful stuff this! Pity we will go ages without another game!

I think Mountaineers will be team to beat this season if they come to the party.

Chatara deservedly man of the match. Almost a tie between him and Vitori I reckon, bearing in mind both of those guys ultimately won the match with their final wicket partnership in the first innings, let alone with their bowling.

lot of zim players such as sean williams coventry craig ervine following zim cricket on twitter and giving their two pennies worth
Bit of poor form on jarvis part that he hasnt mentioned their stirling efforts past few days and today on his twitter. Sour grapes?

all the hard work will be undone by not playing just like it was after the strong return to test cricket in 2011 followed by no cricket in 2012 .....

the board should try to organise something ......

Taylor is now Zimbabwe's second most successful Test captain with 3 wins; Streak has 4.
By percentage (33.3%) he leads the way, with Streak at 19%.
