Regis you imbecile. Why did you swing like that. All you had to do was nudge it and run two. Youve been running well all game. Is no one telling these guys what to do. No need to swing wildly in the last over with only seven to get.

IN the end, the umpires bullshit call cost us the game though.

Yeah, not a smart shot by Chakabva. I think that Williams "dismissal" was the game changer though.

The bloody Irish, with their smug and arrogant attitude. Enjoy the Intercontinental Cup.

Soul searching time. We were marginally better than UAE...not good enough for Ireland....

Still say good encouragement from the batters who have been consistent (as a unit) half centuries for Hami Raza Chibaba and Ervine without consistency. Then consistent effort from Williams and Taylor...

Bowling...Chatara a lone ranger..
1. Mawoyo 2. Duffin 3. Sibanda 4. Taylor 5. Masakadza 6. Williams 7. Chakabva 8. Creamer 9. Jarvis 10. Rainsford 11. Mpofu

I bloody hate this. I hate the irish. Theyve shown disrespect to us and now they go and win the game, and they win it like this too.

Effing fuming with these umpires. Thought the Pakistani wides was bad, and the taylor decision vs the west indies. But eff me.

Devasted is the only word to sum it up for me.

Williams shouldn't have been given out and that has cost us massively.

Now we shall have to listen to the arrogant Irish talk about how great they are.

Kyle McCallan is a horrible wee man as well. In the sky studios being 100% bias

Not happy.

On a positive note, Sean and BRMT batted exceptionally well.

They were the only ones brave enough and talented enough to treat the Irish bowling with the disdain it deserved.
The rest played like they were associate level themselves. Very bloody disappointing and BT and Williams must be feeling devastated - those guys couldn't have done much more to push for victory, but someone has to provide some support and nobody bloody stepped up. Ervine was very disappointing, but he had plenty of company. Chatara is the only bowler who could hold his head high and that goes for the entire tournament.

I can smell a county contract knocking on the door for at least one of Taylor/Williams. Williams has been incredible this world cup, and Taylor has scored a ton in a big, high stakes game in front of a lot of English commentators. The second these both go we're done for, like seriously done for.

Guys umpire's error canceled out because the umps missed Williams' front foot no ball + resultant free hit off Gary Wilson. Wilson was given out on that no ball. Plus Mooney's contact with the boundary looked so minimal its likely he really thought it was a clean catch.
