Disappointing if true but one can hardly blame him. He has a young family to think of and ZC and the Zimbabwe economy in general isn't really appealing. He has always given his best while playing for Zimbabwe and represented with honor.

Taylor should retire play county then restart his int career play in Zim then retire play county next season then rerestart his international career.

It is ridiculous that in his and Zim's situation he can't do both.

Yes He is gone for three years and possibly forever...It is sad indeed
But I guess it was bound to happen....I have strongly believed that Taylor has probably been the strongest supporter of Zim Cricket through thick and thin...well mostly thin...but I guess there is no motivation to stay...NONE AT ALL...It breaks my heart....I had tears when Williams was given out the other day and we were yet again shut out of the Cup...bcz among other things this meant that we wont be seeing Zim play anytime soon....However, I guess the state of Zim Cricket is a reflection of Zim as a whole, this is similar to Pak cricket....I cant even muster the energy to say how disgusted I am at the ZC and what they have done to Zim cricket...bcz this is too sad
Taylor's post match presentation and the pain that was reflected in his facial expressions makes more sense now...He knew he was going and he wanted this WC to be a fond memory...but that was not to be

And as someone suggested...I am almost certain that Williams will leave soon....He is a fantastic player and I am sure he would be able to find something...the only reason he would stay is if he finds nothing at all...or he is in a position that is similar to his attempt of starting ckt in SA (where he said that I would have to start from scratch and that makes no sense)...

Good luck to him, he derserves it, hope he destorys the county attacks, i am sure all forum members will wish him the best.

Time for the likes of PJ Moor, Ryan Burl, Godwill Mahmiyo and Tino Mutumbodzi to stand up.
