Bangladesh Tour Dates Released

Zimbabwe cricket team is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka on October 23 to play five one-day internationals against Tigers.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has prepared the draft itinerary of Zimbabwe tour to Bangladesh, which is expected to get the approval in the board of directors meeting today.

During the 19-day trip, Zimbabwe will play a one-day warm-up game on October 25 and a four-dayer against Bangladesh A on November 7-10 at Mirpur besides five ODIs.

The first three one-day internationals will take place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur on October 27, 29 and 31 while the remaining two games will be held on November 3 and 5 at the Chittagong Divisional Stadium.

its unlikley that the India tour will happen but there is still an away series against Sri Lanka to organise which from looking at there schedule it should be around the November December time.

Very good finding Zimfan. I will sure look forward to another meet between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. Hope that series will be a competitive as well. It is actually a pleasure to be a part of thsif forum. Some of the sensible cricket loving fan like you made this forum very interesting for even a Bangladeshi fan like me.

It's a bit unfortunate that India tour won't go ahead. It would have been a good experience for the players playing against India, world's one of the strongest sides. But apart from that there is still sufficient cricket to be played for. And add new franchise season with it. A great cricketing season is coming up for Zimbabwe.

WIth a better Captain, Game plan,Compositon Zimbabwe can give Bangdladesh a run for their money.

The batting side already looks strong. With the possibilty of Taibu (tremendous talent) and Dion Ibrahim
making into the team it will be a much more closely contested series.

It is still two months away. But time flies and we will once again watch the lightweight version of Ashes.
