That's great news but what about Domestic Season ?? . I feel that to make a strong team the domestic season has to be stronger. Right now in domestic season there are only four teams. Which is not good enough add two more teams. There is lot of Talent but no scope. Good luck Zimbabwe

He'll probably have to lead from the very front if he wants to make an impact. Something like rocking up every morning at 6 a.m. on Panyangara's doorstep to pick him up for a ten mile run to HSC.

I always get a bit confused over the role of these coaches, especially during nets. You will see 2-4 of them in a huddle, nodding sagely and talking quietly, but nobody does much coaching. Ntini was a great bowler, but I'm not sure what coaching credentials he has, although he's in good company because there's only about three guys that have more than a level 2 certificate.
