I like that idea. We'd have to bat positively though, given we've got decent batting all the way to 11.
If we bat first we'd want to put up at least 280.

yes but for that either of mazakadza or chari needs to be dropped both are slow players cant be played in the middle order ..plus it also disturbs ervine's no 3 position if they both bat up the order ..u dont want to disturb your best batsman's position

Masakadza isn't always a slow player. He just needs to free himself as if it were a T20.

9.18am The toss is done. Zimbabwe have won it and have elected to bat.
Zimbabwe have made three changes. Malcolm Waller and Brian Vitori come in, as well as Tarisai Musakanda, who makes his international debut. Chamu Chibhabha, Brian Chari and Chris Mpofu miss out.
Interesting changes. Always happy to see Vitori play but I didn't even know he was in the squad.

Chibhabha a bit unfortunate I think. Who will open? Moor/Masakadza?

Musakanda finally gets the chance in the final. Seems like a lot of pressure on the debutant, I feel it would have been better to try him in one of the earlier games first.

You could not have asked for a better team selection. Finally some sense prevailing. Now it is up for the guys in the XI to go and do the job on the field.

He loves pressure and was very keen to get a game. Lets hope he plays well.
