We matched them in the field, our spinners are arguably the best in the tournament, perhaps level with the spinners of Bangladesh, and our batting is just as hot and cold as Pakistan's. Yes, we're obviously behind the likes of Australia and England, but not miles behind.

We did indeed field and bowl well. However we only played well for 50 overs. That isn't going to cut in a 100 over game. Failing to deal with the pace of Lee and Tait isn't a problem only Zimbabwe have however so I guess we can't be too harsh on them. Shaun Tait has always been one my favourite bowlers.
