zimbabwe cricket might cease to exist in the next 2-3 years 
This is a real possibility. There has been tooo much damage inflicted on the game by greedy racist selfish narcissistic individuals.
The cupboard is bare.
The dogs have been kicked around too long and are now escaping.
I wish them well, all who can leave are leaving and why not. You can see the effects of a corrupt puerile ZC by the seat warmers taken to the WC, the nepotism abused for mediocre cricketers.
Taylor has matured since the birth of his child and understands that a good education, efficient healthcare and sustainable job market are the future for his child/ren. Zimbabwe has neither of those. Let's not forget the overt racism from the leader and politicians of the country to our white brothers. This weighs heavily on their shoulders.
We needed to get through to the next round in order to survive, we didn't and money talks.
There is a battle going on in ZC right now and if the wrong side win it then cricket is doomed as we will still be wanting for basic kit, still be paid late and even less next season, still not be informed of what's happening and still be lied and cheated by The Admin. Still have 5-7month contracts even though The Admin have 12month contracts. Dav Whatmore will be as useful as Alan Butcher due to the vagrancies of The Admin.
The players Union was ready to deal with The Admin before people in the players Union dealt with themselves instead- and it wasn't only Prosper!
Unfortunately there are still people in ZC who have their finger on the money and are tyrannical, they don't have the brains or education to be there in the first place. They just abuse their power and bully their way through to self enrichment by various ways of theft.
There is still hope of course as i can tell you that the basic player is sick and tired of working their asses off for less and less money and the Admin staff in head office and around the franchises do absolutely F... all work for double the money. Come into the office daily and finish their work 5mins later then swan around drinking tea and eating biscuits the rest of the day.
We could of course get rid of another franchise, preferably the Mountaineers lead by #racistpantsaroundhisanklesmakoni who has led his team to 2nd last and last in the two competitions that they won last year. Won with a different CEO and coach that were arguably racially removed from their roles JUST for Lord Makoni.
Anyway i digress.
Best of luck BT and brilliant decision for you and your family and yours and theirs futures. They will be honest and loyal to you through thick and thin, where as your country hasn't and won't and ZC certainly won't and didn't!
