1. *Denial*: Initial shock, numbness, and disbelief. People may struggle to accept the reality of the situation.
2. *Anger*: Feeling resentful, frustrated, and angry about the situation. This anger can be directed towards oneself, others, or even the person who has passed away.
3. *Bargaining*: Attempting to regain control of the situation by making deals or pleading with a higher power. People may try to undo the pain or loss.
4. *Depression*: Overwhelming sadness, hopelessness, and emotional pain. This stage can manifest as emotional numbness, withdrawal, or intense grief.
5. *Acceptance*: Eventually coming to terms with the loss and finding ways to move forward. Acceptance doesn't mean the pain is gone, but rather that the person has learned to live with it.
Frustration and resentment should be in there.
They can change things in a heart beat, but they won't.
They hide behind the gatekeeper thing, but thats a distraction, its really about the money.

And a dash of racial poison to top up the Green Label.

But he's getting more stick for it. Half the folk waiting for a white guy to save the day and provide all the answers, and the other half desperately hoping he doesn't really. It's a messed up situation. It's tough enough batting for your country, but our guys (both black and white) feel like they're batting for their tribe as well.
It doesn't matter what you look like, it's the runs that count. He won't get as much rope as the others, that's a fact, and a tiny bit of that would be due to that technique not looking like it will stack up against a really good opening attack. He does things a bit differently.

But.... he clearly knows his game, its worked for him and he's not really work in progress, you could see he was feeling the pressure and he needs his chance.

Ben Curran should be given a bit of a run. Given he was our third highest run scorer in the series and was opening there are a few others who should be given the chop first. Is Craig Ervine just out of form we think or too old? Seems like a good while since he has had an innings of note.

Ervine has never been a good ODI batter. By Zimbabwe standards he is great, probably 4th best since 2004 behind Taylor Williams and Raza…but he’d struggle to make the A team of any top 10 side.

Anyone who averages over 30 after as many games as he has played is in fact good, so many cricketers have failed at the top level and would dream of his record.he’s not a great odi bat for sure but to say he’s no good is just absolutely incorrect. He doesn’t get to play zimbabwe either😂 the man deserves a lot more respect.
Indian and English cricket is a cult and bazball is delusional and embarrassing. Bumrah chucks it, Cummins has a shocking seam position, stokes is a fraud. Bangladesh shouldn’t have test status, Bradman was a coat.Marco Jansen is good, zim will rise !
